I am looking out for a cool bag that can fit the left side of my scramb. The briefcase in leather are in my opinion more for the Bonnie´s. And I don´t wanna put on something to big. So with a little spear time I mounted an old army bag on it. Looks cool but I am afraid that rain will destroy the bag and the stuff inside. So any good ideas folks?

That looks cool Henry but as you say it wouldn't last long. How about getting an ammo box and converting it to be a pannier? Here's a link to one someone has done already www.vstrom.info/Smf/index.php?topic=2255.0Alternatively, how about a green metal fuel can converted? I think either would look cool on the Scrambler.

I like it! If it is canvas, it will hold up. You could make a clear plastic liner [like a shower curtain type material] and it'd be good for the wet stuff.

Thats it Henry!!
That bag looks the biz on your new Scram. Fits in very well with the styling, good size and very functional.
Now you've got me thinking for mine!
What kind of bracketry you using for it? Triumphs own or is it something you've made?

I used the bracketry from newbonneville.com :-) The scrambler version with the mounting bracket. I put a thin alu plate inside the bag...
