..I bought a Harley ;D almost 1 1/2 years ago..it's a 89 FXR The bike HD never should have quit making. Here's a shot of how it came home... Then..the drive belt ripped. Prior owner didnt really abuse the bike..unless you consider neglect abuse.. So..I tore the bike down to replace the belt...the farther I got..the more "issues" I found. So..I stripped it for a ground up rebuild. Heres what I ended up with... 7 months to get it like that.. Anyway..I had the bike out of the shop 5 weeks. 3200+ miles and it looked like this... I was approaching a line of stopped traffic...rolling along..prolonging putting my feet down..maybe 10 mph. This guy hit me from behind going somewhere around 40 mph...+/- No broken bones..somehow...but soft tissue injurys. I got a sciatic nerve issue..more lower back problems now. But I aint a cripple, this happened back in July..1st night of GettysBurg Bike Week here in PA. Heres how it sits now.. ..just thought I'd catch yall up a bit

You did a great job on your bike. Looked fabulous (or does that sound ghay for a bike?), looked the dogs bollox.
Pity some fricken ijit had to rear end you (or does that sound ghay? - not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Shame about the crash, the bike looked like fabulous dogs bollocks! Nice colorscheme and the indented fat bob's are cool. Are you rebuilding it back the way it was before the crash?

Gotta say man. She looked great before the rear end hit. Excellent job dude. Love the colors and metal accents. Glad you were not hurt badly and good luck getting her back up to par. Be a shame to let her go. Keep it up kat.

Trim, the more I see pictures of that bike, the more pissed off I get at the dickhead who hit you. Glad you're okay and bringing it back to life. That doesn't stop me from wanting to kick that guy's ass though.
