A day out with Lisa and Thor, it's been some weeks since last time the tree of us ride together and Thor was riding that 904 of his hard. Pulled his "plank" trix to Lisa 's amusement ;D I took him true some Scrambler country side where he survived a major rear wheel glip sorry Thor ;D Riding around the Farris lake that provide the city of Larvik and Sandefjord with drinking water 904 beast, with Thor waiting for us sunday riders Thor marking the spot where he nearly got to test his offroad qualities ;D Thor, wonder if it is ordinary road out there ...

Henry and Bonnie, it is truly great fun to ride with the two of you! One can always rely on fun roads, great smiles and good friendship. Oh, and this time really, really crap roads... Yup Henry lead us onto one of the absolutely worstroads in Norskyland. I've done it before, and have avoided it ever since because of it' crap surface. It even has a special cmbination sign at the entry. It warns of steep climbs, twisty bends and bad surface! Yup, it really does. For Lake, Ventura and Gumpt think almost as steep as Hard Knotts pass, but with lots more twisties, and much worse surface. Oh, and lots of blind corners, as there is a think forest all around. That is what it is like. Anyway, so Mr Crazy-coz-I-ride-with-a-James-Dean-leather-jacket is in front, trying to set some sort of land speed record We really enjoy all the corners. The Öhlins really have to deliver the goods, probably beyond what the designers ever though was possible outside a test track at the factory. Then suddenly, and totally withouth warning, my rear wheel looses traktion. Boy, did I shit myself! And luckyly for Bonnie she was a bit back, and did not see ot, otherwise she would have shit herself also (if ladies can...). It was prbably the worst slid I've evehad on the road. Anyway, the thing is, with weight on the pegs, body anchored in the tank and no weight on the bars, the bike just regained tracktion and onwards we sped. It had felt like forever, but was over very quickly. Anyway, you chaps really should come over here and try ut our backroads. They are fun, fun, fun.

Ha!
I ride with a guy like that.
the other day we were blasting along this dirt road and he is on his little Husky and I'm feeling 500 lbs of Scram.
the road ends with a bunch of construction equipment blocking it. Instead of turning around he points to this tiny cow path and says:
"think you can make it thru that?"
stupidly I said "I won't know till we try."
I did and managed not to dump the bike although it was class a couple of times. great fun. I don't want to do it again.
