I am in the process of restoring a '64 BSA A50 Cyclone (Road Model), however, I'm missing some key parts. I realize this is a tough one since only a few '64's were manufactured.
Specifically I am interested in info about the correct headlamp for 1964. BSA described it as a 'sport headlight'. It had a black shell and chrome ring. What I'm unsure of is the number of holes across the top and exactly what switches, ammeter, etc. went in them. The '64 Cyclone, according to sales brochures, only had a speedometer.
The Road Model for '65 went to the elongated style headlamp used on the Lighting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Burton Bike Bits might have the light you are looking for. Here's a link LightIt looks like ignition on the left, ammeter in the centre, and headlight switch on the right.
